1. Services
Foundersbar provides product planning, MVP development, go-to-market setup, and advisory services for startups. All services are delivered based on a clearly defined scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may impact cost and delivery timelines.
2. Engagement & Agreements
Projects begin only after:
- Scope and deliverables are finalized
- Pricing and timelines are approved
- Required advance payment is received
Only written agreements and approvals are considered valid.
3. Payments & Billing
- Payments follow the agreed milestone or payment schedule
- Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe
- Work may be paused if payments are delayed
- Scope changes requested by the client may result in revised pricing and timelines.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Clients own the product code and deliverables created for them
- Foundersbar retains no ownership unless stated otherwise in writing
- Foundersbar may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted by agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Sharing required inputs and information
- Assigning a single point of contact
Delays in feedback or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared confidential information private. This includes business ideas, product details, documents, and technical information.
7. Timelines & Delays
Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope and client responsiveness. Foundersbar is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late client feedback
- Scope changes
- Third-party tools, or services
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable and non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Foundersbar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities. Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
